Mindfulness meditation can help you access deep, innate resources for healing, growth, and transformation. It offers the possibility of a healthy way to be in relationship with the inevitable joys and challenges of life, and can give you freedom from stress, anxiety, pain, and illness.
In this silent retreat in the Insight Meditation tradition, led by teachers from the Mindfulness Center at Brown University, you are skillfully guided into an investigation into the inner workings of your mind and body through daily teachings on sitting meditation, walking meditation, and the principles of contemplative practice. You also receive clear guidance for how to be in silence and learn the key Buddhist psychological concepts behind all mindfulness-based programs.
